You have the right to request to opt out of this shared communication.

Payment is due at at time of service, and may be paid by cash, check, or debit/credit card.

A 24-hour cancellation is required to avoid paying the full cost of session.
Good Faith Estimate:
Effective January 1, 2022, The No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, requires health care providers to give patients a good faith estimate of the bill for services to those who don’t have insurance, or are not using insurance. You will receive a verbal and written notice of your expected costs within one business day of beginning services. If your bill is $400.00 or more than the estimate, you may dispute the bill.
